This award-winning, nationally recognized program encourages Wisconsin residents and businesses to make informed energy decisions. By providing information, technical resources and financial incentives, Focus on Energy helps residents lower their cost of living and businesses improve their bottom lines. Fennimore Water and Light became a Focus on Energy (FOE) partner July 1, 2008.
