Power Cost Adjustment (PCAC)

All metered rates shall be subject to a positive or negative power cost adjustment charge equivalent to the amount by which the current cost of power is greater or lesser than the base cost of power purchased or produced. The base cost until charged by the PSC is $0.0508 per kWh.

Commitment to Community Charge:

Effective the November 1, 2000 billing, all rate classes are charged, $1.34 per meter, per month for public benefits.

Reconnection Charges:

All customers whose service is disconnected in accordance with the disconntion rules as outlined in Wis. Admin. Code ch. PSC 113, shall be required to pay a reconnection charge. The charge shall be $35.00 during regular Utility Workers hours, which are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. After regular Utility Workers hours the after-hours amount will be $75.00

DEPOSIT - There will be a deposit charge figured on the 2 highest consecutive bills within the preceding 12 month billing period.
