Eric Slane and Eric Stader opened High Point Family Medicine, LLC, in November 2007 with locations in both Lancaster and Fennimore. They later added Jessica Varnam, MD, Neil Martin, MD, and Jessica Klein, PA-C. Their team of providers works cooperatively, along with their staff, to fulfill their mission, “to help you improve your physical, emotional, and spiritual health.” High Point serves patients of all ages, all the way from birth to end of life.
