Holiday Parade

Participate in our Holiday Parade! The parade will start at 5:30 pm, with lineup beginning at 5:00 pm. We will use the same route at the Fennimore High School’s Homecoming parade. We are even expecting Santa and Mrs. Claus! Anyone is welcome and encouraged to participate in the parade! Please make sure your entry is lit and holiday-themed.

The route will begin at the high school and head west on 7th Street, turn on Jefferson Street and travel south to 10th Street, turn on 10th and travel east back to the school.

We will have Chase Hestetune, one of our new Chamber Board Members from Tim Slack Auction & Realty, LLC, announcing the parade, so please send anything specific you would like announced to promo@fennimore.com.

Lighting of the Unity Tree

Join the Friends of the Fennimore Library for the annual Lighting of the Unity Tree. Enjoy a special appearance by Santa and Mrs. Claus, hot chocolate, music and caroling, a reading of the Night Before Christmas by the fireplace, and more!

Lights in the Park

The Fennimore Area Chamber of Commerce and Fennimore Water & Light invite you to Oakwood Community Park for our Lights in the Park holiday light display! Businesses, organizations, families, and individuals have the opportunity to sponsor a display for community members and visitors to enjoy at no cost! It’s absolutely magical!

We will light up the park for the first time during our 2nd Annual Holiday Fen-stival on Saturday, November 26 at approximately 9:00 pm. From November 27 through December 31, you will have the opportunity to drive by or walk through the lights nightly from 5:00 pm – 11:00 pm with no entrance fee.

Holiday Light Challenge

The Fennimore Area Chamber of Commerce challenges our businesses and residents to a holiday light competition! Have your business or home decorated by the day of the Fen-stival to really show off our community’s festive spirit! Community members and visitors will have the opportunity to take a driving tour of our Holiday Lights and can vote electronically based on brightness and most creative. Voting will take place November 26 – January 1. Good luck to all!
