The City of Fennimore now outsources its garbage and recycling to Town & Country. Town & Country collects garbage in the City weekly, and recycling materials bi-weekly. The City of Fennimore is proud to work with Town & Country to be able to offer these services to our citizens.
Garbage & Recycling Guidelines
Please see the links below for helpful guidelines on unacceptable refuse, acceptable/unacceptable recyclables, and tips for placement of toters. Please ensure that you place your toters outside by 6 a.m. for pickup.

City of Fennimore Spring Clean-Up
The City of Fennimore will be holding a curb side Spring Clean-up on May 29th, 2025. There will be no return trips. This event is for City of Fennimore residents/taxpayers only. Town & Country Sanitation will be starting at 6:00 am and going curb side. Items NOT ACCEPTED: No tires, No batteries, No liquids or chemicals, No construction or remodeling debris, No yard waste, No ashes, No hazardous waste, No household appliances, No microwaves, No TVs, No computers or electronic parts.

Compost Site
The Compost Site located at County Highway Q and Bronson Blvd intersection will be open if you have compost that needs to be dropped off.
